1. The service

RevLinkrs connects merchants who need additional payment-processing capacity with account holders who make their unused capacity available, through business-to-business (B2B) service agreements secured by escrow.com. Referral partners may earn a commission on sales processed through the accounts they introduce, as defined in their individual agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to use our services only for lawful purposes.

3. Nature of RevLinkrs

RevLinkrs is not a bank, a payment institution, an electronic money institution, a money services business, or a payment service provider. Each partner remains the sole holder and legal operator of their own merchant payment account. Each party is solely responsible for its own tax and regulatory obligations, including any applicable income reporting (such as IRS Form 1099 in the United States).

4. Commissions and payouts

Commission rates, payout frequency, and conditions are defined in the individual service agreement between the parties. Earnings figures, simulators, and estimates shown on this website are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of income. Actual results vary, and many partners may earn little or nothing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by RevLinkrs or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevLinkrs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the service.
